Meanwhile Belgium still holds the number one position with 1765 points closely followed by France, Brazil, England and Uruguay to complete the top 5.
Senegal remains the highest ranked African team in 20th position while Tunisia is the closest in 27th position.
The Afcon 2021 qualifiers resume in March with the Super Eagles taking on Sierra Leone in a double header.
